Brewed with local Riverbend Cumberland Pilsner and light Munich malts this beer is a crisp and refreshing Helles Lager with a bright golden hue. Named after the German word for “quitting time” (feierabend), it offers a delicate balance of malt sweetness and subtle hop bitterness. This beer is smooth, with a well-rounded flavor profile that’s slightly bready on the nose along with hints of herbal/floral notes from the Magnum and Tetttnanger hops. ROSWELL SPACECAMP DOUBLE HAZY IPA…………8.0% ABV ~ 51 IBU
Juicy, smooth, and loaded with tropical hops, Roswell Space Camp delivers big flavors of mango, citrus, and peach with a pillowy, hazy body. Brewed with Galaxy and Vic Secret hops, this double IPA keeps bitterness low and drinkability high. Bold, hazy, and just the right amount of mysterious.

Staying true to tradition, our Czech Style Pilsner was brewed using Local Carolina and Cumberland Pilsner Malt with a healthy dose of Saaz hops. Golden straw in color, this Pils strikes the perfect balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness, with hints of earthy floral notes, and a crispy refreshing finish!
